Liberty Nursing and Support Services International is seeking Personal Support Workers/ Health Care Aids.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Liberty Nursing and Support Services International is currently seeking Personal Support Workers. These positions will assist our elderly clients in the activities of personal care, household management and generalized services as per the client care plan and in conjunction with Liberty Nursing and Support Services International policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Must be PSW Certificate
– Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
– Availability to work days, evenings and weekends
– Some knowledge of household management skills
– Access to the vehicle would be an asset, but not required
– Working knowledge of assistive aids
– Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written) and exercise good judgment

LNSSI is HIRING Nursing Assistants/ Care Givers

Liberty Nursing and Support Services International (LNSSI) is currently seeking part-time Nursing Assistants/ Care Givers.

LNSSI is a home health care staffing company and we are looking for self motivated and reliable licenses health care professionals to join our growing team. Previous experience is required.  Please note that this is a part-time position and candidates may be required to work weekends, nights and some weekends.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Prepare and administer clients medications as required
-Co-ordinate personal care, meal preparations, and health care services for client assigned to him/her
-Give directions and assistance to the healthcare aids as necessary
-Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner as needed and answer resident family questions and concerns
-Maintain client and company confidentiality
-Ensure Personal Care Plans are routinely reviewed and updated
-Must be able to provide “On-Call” coverage as requested
-Communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, clients family and General Manager
-Develop and maintain a Personal Care Plan for residents assigned to him/her
-Provide “On-Call” coverage as requested
-Administer emergency procedures when necessary, including CPR, ordering of ambulance and contacting family and physicians as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience working as a healthcare provider
-Degree or diploma as a License Practical Nurse
-Access to the vehicle can be an asset
